I wanted to post my meal plan for the week somewhere. Here are the main meals I plan to cook this week. I will have it for dinner one night and lunch the next day. I am leaving two days open for eating out or just something simple.
|Keto Brussel Sprouts and Hamburger Gratin
Carbs: 12g (10%)
Nice balance here. Probably won’t add anything to the meal.
|Chicken Enchilada Skillet
Carbs: 11g (26%)
A bit high protein. May add some more fat (sour cream?) on top.
|Philly Steak and Cheese Skillet
Carbs: 10g* (21%)
*ketofied this – these are the macros the way I will make it. Basically only using green bell peppers (fewer carbs), subbing in G. Hughes sugar-free ketchup, eliminating sriracha and mirin.
|Cauliflower Mac and Cheese
Carbs: 7.5g (15%)
Fun meal with a decent balance of macros.
|Spinach and Artichoke Chicken Casserole
Carbs: 4g (8%)
Super high protein. I will balance with something high fat. Not sure what yet.
