My Progress: 3 Months
I started easing into the LCHF way of eating April 20, 2017. I made a conscious decision to try to give up the “big stuff” but not to throw the baby out with the bath water. Because I eased into it, I was pretty successful. Things got easier as I went along. So I wanted to share my 3-month progress.
I’m kinda chuffed. I didn’t take measurements when I started (all part of that “easing into things” mentality) but I’m watching inches and percentage body fat more than weight right now. Three months in and I’m down 25lbs. Let’s see if I can do another 25lbs in 3 months!
